ABOUT ME
I'm a counsellor dedicated to supporting women through some of life's most challenging and transformative experiences. I specialise in bereavement and self-esteem, offering a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Grief can leave you feeling as though life has changed beyond recognition. Whether you've recently lost someone close to you or you're carrying a loss that still feels heavy, I work alongside you as you navigate your own unique journey. Together, we'll make space for your grief, honour your relationship with your loved one, and gently explore how you can begin to adjust to life while carrying that loss with you.
Alongside bereavement counselling, I also help women reconnect with their sense of self-worth. If you've spent years putting yourself last, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling that you've lost sight of who you are, therapy can provide the opportunity to rediscover your strengths, develop self-acceptance, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I believe that every woman deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, creating a space where you can be yourself and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

Qualifications
MSc Counselling
Counselling Psychology, BSc with honours (First Class)
Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice
Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory
Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills
